Technical platform publisher

The website, the mobile app and the booking and payment services run on the platform published and hosted in France by SWAG S.A.S. (simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of €1,000, RCS Pointe-à-Pitre 833 458 227, VAT FR67833458227, registered office: 2232 Les Esses III Raizet, 97139 Les Abymes, Guadeloupe), acting as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR.

Erhobenen Daten

• Identity and contact details (last name, first name, e-mail, phone) for managing bookings.
• Driving information and documents required for pick-up.
• Payment data, processed by our secure provider — never stored in clear text by the site.
• Technical data (session identifier, language and currency preferences).

Purposes

Your data is used to process your bookings, manage customer relations, comply with our legal obligations and, where applicable, improve our services. It is never sold to third parties.

Payment

Payments are processed via a platform that complies with security standards (PCI-DSS). No complete bank data is kept on our servers.

Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold. It is only shared with the people who need it to perform your rental and with our technical processors: hosting (SWAG S.A.S., France), card payment (Stripe, PCI-DSS certified), sending of e-mails and notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging). Any transfers outside the European Union are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Account data: until it is deleted (or after 3 years of inactivity). Bookings, invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation). Identity documents and driving licences: duration of the rental, then deleted no later than 1 year after it ends. Audience measurement cookies: 13 months maximum.

Deleting your account
