Deleting your account

You can request the deletion of your Rentalys247 customer account and the associated personal data at any time. Deletion is free of charge and permanent.

1. From the mobile app

Open the Rentalys247 app and sign in, then go to Profile › Privacy › "Delete my account". Confirm with your password: the deletion is immediate.

2. From the website

Sign in to your customer area, then open My account › Security › "Delete my account" and confirm with your password.

3. Without access to your account

If you can no longer sign in, send us your request with the account e-mail address. We check that the request comes from the account holder (a confirmation e-mail may be sent to you), then delete the account within one month at the latest.

Data deleted and data retained

• Deleted: profile (name, contact details), login credentials, favourites, uploaded identity documents and driving licences, preferences, contacts and virtual keys.
• Kept in anonymised form: bookings, invoices and accounting records, for 10 years (legal obligation, article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
• Technical security logs are erased no later than 12 months after their creation.
• Any unused wallet balance or cashback is lost upon deletion: use it or request a refund beforehand.
