How self-service rental works

ClickLoc self-service removes the middlemen: your smartphone is with you from the first click to the last kilometre. Here's how it works.

1. You book online

Choose your category, your pick-up agency and your dates. Add your options, identify the drivers and pay securely.

2. You collect the vehicle

On the day, follow the pick-up instructions provided for your rental at the selected agency.

3. You carry out the inspection on mobile

Document the condition of the vehicle with photos, directly on your phone, both at departure and on return. Any damage noted should be reported before the trip.

4. You return it, simply

At the end of the rental, follow the return instructions and complete the drop-off on mobile. No mandatory stop at the counter.
